I wonder, if the fact that the security conference videos are served by asking the end users to run Adobe Flash, is a joke about the whole Estonian State cyber security project, or is it “yet-another-FinSpy”?

CCDCOE probably spent quite a buck to pay for that personalized flash application. It would have been more useful if the videos have been dumped in the youtube.
